实验小鼠与人体内寄生华支睾吸虫成虫的对比研究

A Comparative Study of Adult Clonorchis Sinensis Parasitized in Experimental Mice and Humans

摘要: 目的 探究华支睾吸虫在实验小鼠体内发育的成熟度,了解其与人体内自然感染获得的华支睾吸虫是否存在差异。 方法 使用华支睾吸虫囊蚴对 8 只实验小鼠进行灌胃感染。 于感染 3 周后,每间隔 1 d 采用水洗沉淀法对小鼠粪便进行检查,在粪便中检出虫卵后安乐死小鼠,获得虫体。 对小鼠体内获得的虫体进行醋酸洋红染色,制成标本后将其与人体自然感染获得的华支睾吸虫标本进行整体及内部结构的测量比较。结果 华支睾吸虫在实验小鼠体内 23 d 即可发育成熟。 小鼠体内获得的华支睾吸虫成虫的大小、口吸盘、腹吸盘、咽、子宫、卵巢、受精囊、睾丸以及虫卵均小于人体中获得的华支睾吸虫成虫。 结论 华支睾吸虫可以在小鼠体内发育成熟,但其小于在人体内获得的成虫。

Abstract: Objective To explore the developmental maturity of Clonorchis sinensis in experimental mice, and to understand whether it is different from the naturally infected C. sinensis in humans. Method Eight experimental mice were intragastrically infected with C. sinensis cysticercosis. After 3 weeks of infection, the mouse feces were examined by washing and sedimentation method every other day. After the eggs were detected in the feces, the mice could be killed to obtain the worms. The parasites obtained from mice were stained with acetic magenta, and the specimens were compared with the specimens of C. sinensis obtained from human natural infection to measure the overall and internal structure. Result C. sinensis matured in 23 days in experimental mice. The whole size, oral sucker, abdominal sucker, pharynx, uterus, ovary, seminal vesicle, testis and eggs of C. sinensis adults obtained from mice were smaller than those obtained from humans. Conclusion C. sinensis can mature in mice, but it is smaller than the adult worms obtained in humans.
